DailyRound is run by an individual publisher in the United Kingdom. There is no support team and no ticketing system, but messages are read.
What is most useful to hear about
- A test that produces a wrong number. The single most important thing anyone can report. If a score looks impossible, please say which test, which browser, and roughly what you did.
- Anything that does not work with a keyboard or a screen reader. Every test here is meant to be fully operable without a mouse. If one is not, that is a defect and it will be fixed.
- A factual error in the writing. The pages make claims about research findings and typical ranges. If one of them is wrong or out of date, we would rather know.
- Lost history. We cannot recover it — there is no server copy — but if something deleted it that should not have, that is a bug worth hearing about.
Privacy requests
Requests under the UK GDPR are welcome, though in practice there is unlikely to be anything to hand over: your results are stored on your own device and never reach us. See the privacy policy for what is and is not collected.
Getting in touch
A contact address will be published here once the site's own domain and mailbox are in place. Until then this page exists so it is clear who is responsible for the site and what we would want to hear about — rather than presenting an address that does not work yet.
